Vijay Shivtare ((マラーティー語:विजय शिवतारे)) also Called as "Bapu" is a member of the 13th Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. He represents the Purandar Assembly Constituency. He belongs to the Shiv Sena. It is his second term as Member of Legislative Assembly. In November, 2014, he was appointed party spokesman by the Shiv Sena. He was appointed Maharashtra's minister of state in December, 2014 he was given the water resources, water conservation portfolio.
